Terms of Service

This application (“KinderSync”) is a daycare and preschool management system designed for parents, teachers, and childcare centers. The Application provides services including, but not limited to:
• Child information management (profiles, attendance, medical notes, etc.)
• Leave applications and approvals
• Calendar and event scheduling
• Communication tools between parents, teachers, and the center
• Administrative functions for staff and center management

2. User Responsibilities
• Users must provide accurate, up-to-date, and truthful information.
• Users must not upload, share, or transmit any illegal, harmful, discriminatory, or inappropriate content.
• Parents and teachers are responsible for ensuring that shared photos, documents, or messages comply with applicable privacy and consent requirements.

3. Service Limitations
• We may suspend, restrict, or terminate access to the App for technical, legal, or policy reasons.
• Service availability may be affected by internet connectivity, technical issues, or maintenance.

4. Intellectual Property
• All content, features, design, and software in this App are protected by intellectual property laws.
• Users are granted a limited, non-transferable license to use the App solely for daycare/preschool-related purposes.
